Cancellation and Return Policy
We stand behind and back our product lines. We do not want them back but we do have a gracious return policy. If you contact our office and return them back to us within 5 business days, we will refund the cost of the product to you. We will not refund any freight charges to you and you must ship them back to us on you on accord. Product that has obviously been used will not be accepted back in to our warehouse system. In order for product to be accepted back, it must have a Return Authorization Number (RNA) or the freight will be turned away and sent back. We issue RNA's from our customer service center only. 615.893.8683
Original packing must be used or the return freight will be refused and your money not refunded. You will also be charged a 30% restocking fee for the return and the product must not have been used.
You must contact our main office at 615.893.8683 immediately to initiate this procedure and gain a RNA. Keep in mind that return freight charges can be expensive so you might want to contact us to get an estimate.
Cancellations are possible only if the order has not been processed to manufacturing. Please contact our office ASAP if you feel the need to cancel. If the order is in manufacturing at the time of cancellation, there will be a 20% cancellation charge.
