Where do we ship ? 

We ship all over the United States.  Commercial deliveries,

 How much will it cost me ? 

 Shipping charges are based on many things such as delivery location, business or residential delivery, amount of product, class of product, weight of product, fuel surcharges, etc.

 Residential delivery information

As stated above, we ship all over the United States.  Keep in mind that Residential Deliveries will cost more than commercial deliveries (deliveries to businesses). 

 Most of our shipments, depending upon quantity, must go via LTL carrier.  When was the last time you noticed a big tractor/trailer in your neighborhood.  Because of the difficulty in driving these big rigs in areas such as that, freight companies normally charge about $ 85 additional freight to deliver residential.  There are options to get around this.  Have the shipment delivered to your workplace facility and then take it home.  Where a shipment can go UPS, (depending on size and quantity), that will be the preference.

 What do they do when the product is delivered ?

 Residential deliveries are delivered to the curb in front of your house.  The driver does not bring the product inside or set it up.  Commercial deliveries are generally to a dock or door.  Again, the driver does not bring the product inside or set it up.

 What do I do when the product is delivered ?

 Check the product carefully.  Do not sign the Bill-of-Lading until you are satisfied the product has been delivered in good condition.  This does not mean that you must inspect 500 product pieces.  However, if you notice a box that exhibits stress or pressure, is dented, cut or etc. PLEASE OPEN AND INSPECT ALL PIECES at that time …. BEFORE you sign the BOL .  Signing the BOL without making notations  of damage says that all product has been received in good condition and little recourse is available back to the Freight Line to get these products replaced.
